Sean Dunne DE Email me

Hi, I'm Sean.

I build apps, make AI actually useful and automate the boring stuff.

Swiss product owner and AI consultant in Lucerne, with 11+ years in digital. Off the clock I paint, boulder, take photos, hike and bake.

Sean Dunne under an umbrella in the rain, wearing a dark denim jacket.

The short version.

I've been doing digital for over 11 years: running apps, building AI into everyday work and automating anything that repeats.

E-bikes, biotech, travel, hospitality, oral care. I've been all over the place, so I learn a business fast and go straight for whatever is actually making people's day harder.

Outside of work I paint, boulder, take photos, go hiking and bake, and I used to design mechanical keyboards. Same deal every time: I like being hands on and getting my hands dirty.

AI is only worth a damn if people actually use it.

That's the gap I sit in. I build AI stuff all day, and I care just as much about how it feels to the person using it. If your team hates it, it doesn't matter how clever it is.

What do you need?

Every service is a paint. Pick the ones you need and they mix on the palette. That's your colour. Send it over and we'll sort the rest.

BOB

The one I'm proudest of. I took this app from start to finish. Here's how it works in the chair, in under a minute.

BOB on a tablet: assessing a full-mouth map with crown, implant, gap and missing tools. BOB recording bleeding per interdental space, with brush sizes and bleeding severity. BOB's dental chart showing which interdental spaces bled. BOB's home-care prescription with interdental brushes added to the patient's cart.

A chairside app for dental pros. Check the gaps between the teeth, log the bleeding, get the BOB Score and turn it into a clear home-care recommendation.

Three apps at Curaden, and the site that shows them.

Curaprox at home, BOB in the practice and Curaden for professionals. BOB I took from start to finish, and I helped shape the Curaprox app. I keep the tech team and the people across markets pulling in the same direction, and I designed curaprox-apps.com together with another web designer.

RevolveNote

My own app. I founded it and built it from scratch.

Notes for people who are sick of managing their notes. You write, tags connect, and the graph builds itself. Free to start, and your notes stay in the EU.

Before that

  1. The InSphero online shop homepage with a clear lab plate.

    InSphero

Ran the whole online shop end to end, hooked into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Cleaned up the tech stack and led a CRM migration.

Faster distributor onboarding, and sales went up.

  2. The Modmo team working around desks and an e-bike in their workshop.

    Modmo

Ran a 7-person customer support team, set up German maintenance agreements and built a wiki so customers could help themselves.

80% better conflict management and info flow.

  3. KPT Group

5 rebrands, and the whole digital presence pulled together.

Beat our digital presence goals by 300% in Q3 2022.

  4. Vincere

Looked after 70+ clients and kept them happy.

    10% less churn.

I also paint.

Thick paint, loud colours, zero plan. These ones are up for grabs. Click one for a closer look, and write me if it's got to be yours.

Red dot means sold. Phone photos for now, proper ones are coming.
